Autolabe Model 110

Autolabe's Automatic Label Applicators have proven reliability and are available with many options.  The versatility of our label applicators permits labeling from the top, bottom or sides of any product.  Our automatic applicators can be used on an existing line or incorporated in a turn-key system.  The efficiency of these applicators means uncomplicated set up, easy operation and quick change over from one product to another.

Autolabe Model 130

Designed for non-contact applications or where container recessed areas require accurate label placement, this Blow-On Applicator works at any angle and special rotational mounts are available.  The standard label vacuum grid is 1/2" x 4 1/2". Custom vacuum grids can be made to accommodate most label sizes.  The Model 130 Blow-On Applicator is ideal for custom applications where other labeling methods are inefficient.

Autolabe Model 140

AutoLabe's Automatic Tamp-Down Label Applicator applies a pressure sensitive label utilizing a positive tamp action to ensure completed label adhesion on the product container or package. Tamp heads of different material from hard to spongy allow for product variation or surface differences. The Tamp-Down Applicator may be used in any direction and a variety of tamp heads are available.

Autolabe Model 151 - Print and Apply Applicator

The Model 151 features a new PLC controlled Print and Apply Labeling System that accepts all Industrial Print Engines.  This Print and Apply unit is designed for the most common Tamp-On, Tamp/Blow, Blow-On  applications for box labeling or bar code labeling of products.

Autolabe Model 155 - Print and Apply Applicator

The new Model 155 Print & Apply Label Applicator incorporates an Allen Bradley Micro Logic PLC. This allows superior versatility and control for a wide variety of user applications. The LCD display screen enables easy view menus for programming and troubleshooting. The Model 155 is available for Tamp, Blow, or Wipe-On configurations, and can be customized with several options.

Autolabe Model 550

The Model 550 Semi-Automatic Round Product Label Applicator is a very versatile labeler. Most applications for customers involve several different containers which are all labeled by the same unit with no change out parts.

Autolabe Model 560

The Model 560 Semi-Automatic Tamp Down Label Applicator is designed to label products which are either flat or slightly curved. Each machine is designed with a special tamp head and product fixture to comply with the actual label size and product.
